We’re currently looking for a Senior Web Developer who can lead our website development efforts across Shopify, WordPress, and custom-built platforms. From high-speed storefronts to backend automation and tracking infrastructure — you’ll play a vital role in bringing our digital vision to life.`
Who We’re Looking For
A passionate and skilled developer who can build, maintain, and optimize high-performing websites. You’re comfortable working with both CMS platforms and custom code, and you care deeply about clean design, user experience, and technical performance. You take initiative, collaborate well with creative teams, and can turn business needs into digital realities.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain responsive Shopify and WordPress websites
Develop custom-coded web applications using Python (Flask/Django)
Optimize page speed, performance scores, and mobile responsiveness
Set up and manage tracking tools like GTM, GA4, and Microsoft Clarity
Implement automation systems for lead capture and follow-ups
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues across platforms
Ensure SEO-friendly structure and analytics integration on all websites
Requirements (Must-Haves)
2–4 years of hands-on web development experience
Strong command of Shopify (Liquid) and WordPress (themes, plugins)
Proficiency in Python for custom web tools and backend logic
Deep understanding of page speed optimization and Core Web Vitals
Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Clarity
Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, UltraMsg, etc.)
Version control knowledge (Git) and collaborative development practices
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
