Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert inbound inquiries from Australia and the US
- Guide customers in choosing the right neon sign designs
- Make outbound follow-up or sales calls when needed
- Offer interior-based recommendations for custom sign placement
- Deliver an engaging, consultative sales experience
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with design trends
- Go beyond basic scripts bring creativity and initiative into every interaction
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of international sales experience (inbound/outbound/chat support)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Creative mindset with a customer-first approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
