As we continue to expand our digital marketing efforts across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more, we’re looking for ambitious, data-driven talent to help us push the limits of what’s possible in paid media, influencer strategy, and full-funnel optimization.

Why We’re Hiring

As we scale our digital presence across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat, we’re looking for a Performance Marketer who understands both the art and science of digital advertising. This role requires someone who can design high-performing campaigns, analyze the numbers, and iterate fast. What You’ll Be Expected to Know

✅ Foundational Advertising Knowledge (Basic Requirements)

  • Hands-on experience creating and managing Facebook/Instagram Ad campaigns in Meta Business Manager.
  • Understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), campaign types, and keyword targeting.
  • Ability to set up Pixel/Conversion Tracking and event-based goals.
  • Understanding of ad creatives best practices (visual hooks, copy, CTA placement).
  • Familiarity with audience building: custom, lookalike, interest-based, and retargeting.
  • Experience launching A/B tests across creatives, headlines, audiences, and placements.

🚀 Advanced Advertising Proficiency (Preferred/Bonus)

  • Strong grasp of full-funnel advertising strategies – TOF (awareness), MOF (consideration), BOF (conversion).
  • Proficiency in campaign budget optimization (CBO) and manual bidding strategies.
  • Experience scaling campaigns to $10k+/month budgets while maintaining ROAS.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Deep analytical skills to work with Google Analytics 4, Meta Insights, Looker Studio, etc.
  • Ability to audit and optimize landing pages and sales funnels to improve conversion rates.
  • Worked on international ad campaigns targeting segmented audiences across AU, US & Gulf regions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or in-house)
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and best practices
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with running Facebook, Instagram, or Google Ads is a strong plus
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively
