Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer journey after sales (updates, deliveries, coordination).

  • Ensure clients receive premium-level support and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years in customer success, account management, or client servicing.
  • Strong communication and logical problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to negotiate softly while protecting company interests.
  • Fluent English (international clients).
  • Experience with CRMs or ticketing systems is a plus.
