We’re currently looking for a Performance Marketer who can take our online growth to the next level by running strategic ads, managing influencer partnerships, and optimizing marketing funnels for high-impact results.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re on the hunt for a results-driven digital marketer who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven, hands-on experience running and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat — no exceptions.
  • Be well-versed in omnichannel marketing, with the ability to drive performance across multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Possesses strong skills in influencer collaboration and negotiation, with a track record of managing partnerships across Australia, the USA, and the Gulf.
  • Have solid international eCommerce experience, ideally in custom or personalized product industries.
  • Know how to develop buyer personas and implement platform-specific targeting strategies that convert.
  • Be capable of designing, launching, and managing full-funnel marketing campaigns, from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversions.
  • Capable of developing and maintaining performance dashboards and visual reports to track KPIs effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign results and deliver actionable insights on creative performance, audience engagement, and budget allocation

Responsibilities

🔹 Develop & Execute Multi-Platform Ad Strategies

    • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
    • Build platform-specific strategies for precise targeting, retargeting, and lead generation.
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics and optimize for maximum ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

🔹 Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships

    • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers across Australia, the USA, and the Gulf.
    • Negotiate contracts and manage end-to-end influencer relationships.
  • Design and execute performance-based influencer campaigns that align with brand goals.

🔹 Customer Targeting & Funnel Optimization

  • Develop and refine detailed buyer personas to enhance audience targeting.
  • Build and optimize marketing funnels at every stage: awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and messaging to drive better results.

🔹 Brand Growth & Market Expansion

  • Drive brand visibility and customer acquisition in key international markets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment across ads, content, and broader marketing strategies.
  • Stay current with digital trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations to keep strategies ahead of the curve.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • 3-4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Background in international eCommerce, ideally with custom products or DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands.
  • Proven success in influencer marketing, particularly across Australia, the USA, and Gulf regions.
  • Expertise in audience targeting, funnel strategy (top, middle, bottom), and platform-specific segmentation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, adjust bids, and continually improve ROI and ROAS.
  • Team player who can collaborate across departments and execute data-driven, high-converting marketing campaigns.
